Contact us

Email

[email protected]

We aim to reply within two working days. We can't give technical advice about a specific property; a local supplier can do that after a visit.

Data protection requests

To access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, email the address above. See our privacy policy.

Suppliers

If you're a supplier serving rural homes and want to hear about enquiries in your area, email us with your trade, the areas you cover and your accreditations.

Getting quotes

You don't need to email us to get quotes. Fill in the form on this page or on any service page, tell us what you need and your postcode, and we look for up to 3 local suppliers who cover your area. Our about page explains how it works and how we're paid.

What to include in an email

• Your name and the best way to reach you
• Your postcode or nearest town, if your question is about a job
• A reference or the date you sent the form, if you're asking about an enquiry you've already made

Please don't send bank details, passwords or photos of identity documents by email.

Postal address

Use this address for letters, including formal data protection requests. Email is usually faster.
